* The History of Alcoholic Beverages
* Absorption and Distribution into the blood stream, metabolism
* Desired effects, side-effects, and health consequences
* Levels of Use: Low-Moderate-High-Chronic Use
* Addiction
* Other problems associated with Alcohol misuse
